I had a template that I could print off do make it before but it is so much simpler with a punch!I used some pre-scored cards that I had from a while back that I used as my base. I embossed the white at the back with my Fiskars board ( by hand!) and did some matting and layering on top. I rounded the corners with my Stampin' Up corner rounder and used my sponge daubers to highlight the edge of all the blue card with Tempting Turquoise in the Stampin' Pastels.
I used the last of my silver buttons as wheels and embellishments which i attached with glue dots and finished off with my Oval punches and a silver peel-off.
All I need now is someone who is giving birth to a baby boy.
